Return & Refund Policy - ayurforce

At ayurforce, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal in Ayurvedic and health supplements, we follow a strict policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Returns & Exchanges You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the outer seal intact.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Note: A clear unboxing video/photo is mandatory for processing claims of damage or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used bottles/capsules.

  • Products where the safety seal is broken.

  • Items purchased during special "Clearance Sales."

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 5-7 working days.
